Shipping Rates

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched.

Failed Delivery & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address,

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts, or

  • Refusal to accept the package,

we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package has been lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged package so we can assist you promptly.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries. Availability and shipping rates will be shown during checkout.
