Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we only accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are missing their original packaging are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

Please do not send products back without prior authorization, as they may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

Cancellations
